1. No Cancellation After Activation

Once a membership or paid service is activated on our platform, it cannot be cancelled. Our services involve immediate access to digital resources and matchmaking features.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made for registration, profile services, or premium features are non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Cases

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Payment is successfully deducted but the service is not activated within the stipulated time.
• Duplicate payment is made for the same service due to technical errors.

In such cases, users must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our management team, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Typically, it takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
